(English translation below)

New York er sådan en fed by at skyde billeder i, surprise. Sommetider kniber jeg mig selv lidt i armen over, at jeg rent faktisk bor her.

Hi ladies and gents! First day of spring, yes, can it get much better. I know it is not technically spring in the States yet, until March 20th, but in Denmark Spring starts March 1st. Since I am Danish I declare spring time today, hah! Here in New York it is 14 degrees (celcius) and a week ago, we had a day with 23 degrees (celcius), so I am certainly not complaining about the weather situation. I am writing this post sitting at our new dining table, finally we finished it. It is so awesome! My boyfriend and his father have made the whole concrete part of the table themselves. I am going to show you the images, so you can get a better idea of what the table looks like.
One of my favorite jackets this winter has been this checkered wool jacket. The pattern, the colors and the silhouette is simply so gorgeous. I have always been a fan of mixing patterns and prints, it gives such an exciting expression and result. For the time being, I adore the checkered look, so naturally I went for mixing the oversized wool jacket, with a gauzy checkered turtleneck. It is a bit hard to make out the neck of the blouse, but it is so elegant. Just as the sleeves, which sit close at the wrist and ends out in a small frill by the hand. The weather was brilliant, the day we took the pictures. It was one of the first days when you could feel spring in the air. A calm breeze, an indefinable smell and birds whistling – aaah, so good! New York is such a great city to shoot pictures in, surprise. There are so many different neighborhoods, possibilities for cool locations and diversity. It is just easy to be creative in this city. Sometimes I pinch myself a little in the arm, to make sure I actually live here, it is not a dream, hah! I feel very grateful and lucky! After taking the pictures in an industrial area of Williamsburg, my boyfriend and I decided to go to one of my favorite cafes in Williamsburg and get something to drink. He got a cup of coffee and I got a chai latte, each of our own go to warm drinks, haha! Actually, I drink tea  for the most part at home, but when I am out I usually go for a delicious Chai. What is your favorite warm beverage?
I hope you have a good Thursday guys!
