Glædelig Jul / Merry Christmas

(English translation below)

Translation:

Merry Christmas everyone! I’m just checking in quickly, to wish you all a Merry Christmas. The 24th of December is the day where us Danes celebrate Christmas. It’s only 10 o’clock in the morning here in New York, so we’re going to have some breakfast now. Otherwise, my day is being spent cooking for Sam’s family. It will not be a completely traditional Danish Christmas dinner, more a Nordic tapas. Among other things, I am making crispy pork roast sandwiches, duck and caramelized potatoes – all Danish specialties. And of course I am going to eat lots of my favorite Danish Christmas candy. Tomorrow we will be celebrating American Christmas, which will also be very cozy!

Have the best Christmas days with your loved ones <3
